Advising (institutional) Investors and young technology driven companies in all legal aspects of Venture Capital financing rounds, Spin-Offs and in M&A transactions.

Teaches mainly on "Legal Issues of Venture Capital", on "Legal Challenges of Spin-offs from (Non)University Research Institutions", on “Mergers & Acquisitions: Fundamentals & Practice” as well as on issues of International Business Law.
